About me
A medical doctor and health promoter.
 I am Tom Muyunga-Mukasa, a recipient of the 2017 White house commendation. I am based in Nairobi; I am a trained health promoter and I have over 25 years experience in infectious diseases and Family Medicine. I am a co-founder of an NGO dedicated to linking 129 CBOs in 15 African countries to aligning with the SDGs and eradication of HIV/TB/Malaria/COVID-19/Poverty. I have community organization and organization development skills. I have experience as a Hospital Administrator of a COVID-19 Asymptomatic and Symptomatic Clinic; manage relationships and communication with international institutions including PEPFAR, CDC, StopTB Partnership, TBPPM, AVAC, the Global Fund, UNITAID, UNAIDS, WHO, pharmaceuticals institutions; reviewed progress of the work with nationwide networks calling for HIV Is Not a Crime campaigns in the USA. I am skilled at clinical work, research and convening conferences. I can formulate or develop policy positions papers and other useful resources in relation to required advocacy objectives.
