Opportunity Description
The overall aim of the Youth Leadership Academy is to strengthen the capacity of young leaders within the RC/RC movement and ensure they have the skills as well as confidence needed to be agents of change that can lead and initiate activities in their National Society and community. The Youth Leadership Academy aims to build and contribute to a strong youth network with young people across the RC/RC Movement. A network and community where young people share experiences and where peer-to-peer learnings on youth matters are promoted.
The participants We are looking for participants that:
- Can communicate in English; Are between 18 – 30 years old;
- Are motivated to learn;
- Are ready to become a youth role model and lead other young volunteers;
- Are committed to the purpose of RC/RC;
- Are ready to participate in interactive trainings based on a peer-to-peer approach including working in small groups and sharing of experiences.
